Please ensure that you carefully select the correct dimensions for your mattress during the purchase process. We do not accept returns or provide refunds in case wrong sizes are ordered. It is essential to double-check your measurements before making a purchase to ensure that the mattress and base heights you've chosen align with your requirements.

We offer the option to exchange the mattress in case of a sizing issue or any other valid reason. However, please note that monetary refunds will not be provided for exchanged items.

Each customer is eligible for only one exchange transaction. If you wish to exchange your mattress, please contact our customer support team within [number of days] days from the date of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

The return policy solely applies to standard-sized mattresses. Customized or personalized mattresses are exempt from this policy, and returns or exchanges for such products will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect is present.
